Introduction to Pilates Package:
This package is a requirement for those who are just starting their Pilates practice. During these sessions, the client works one-on-one with an instructor who will assess the client’s abilities and design a program that best suits their individual needs.
These sessions are ideal for those who are new to Pilates, and for those who have injuries, physical challenges or health issues. Moreover, they are also great for those who prefer working one-on-one with a highly trained, certified instructor.
Mat Pilates/Barre/TRX/Yoga classes:
Mat Pilates classes are indeed the foundation for the entire Pilates repertoire. Our small group classes are great for both the beginner, as well as, the experienced Pilates practitioner. These classes will teach you how to move your body so that you may be able to perform your day to day tasks or activities more efficiently.
And if cardio is what you’re looking for, our Barre classes will certainly get your heart pumping. This awesome workout will help you tone and define your entire body. Discover muscles you didn’t even know you had. Leave feeling well worked.
Further, our TRX classes will assist you in strengthening and toning your body while moving through multiple planes of motion from a suspended position. Finally, if you’re still looking to add more strength, stabilization, flexibility and balance, our Pilates and Yoga classes are indeed a must.
24 Hour cancellation is required for all private and group classes.
